Ordering, Shipping & Returns
Ordering
We welcome your orders online or by phone. Please call us at (765) 647-3883 during normal business hours if you prefer ordering by phone. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover Card, and electronic bank transfers. Transactions are handled securely by PayPal®. Indiana residents will be charged a sales tax.
Shipping
We normally ship orders via USPS Priority Mail. Typically, US destinations can expect to receive their order within 2 to 3 days from time of shipment. The cost for shipping is based upon the total order weight. Use the appropriate table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping charge.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
Please contact us before you return any item purchased from our online store. Only returns authorized by Lace Place of Metamora will be accepted. Please email or phone Customer Service for written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. All products authorized for return must be in original form and packaging. Custom-cut orders can not be returned.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return new, unopened items sold by Lace Place of Metamora. Returnable items must be sent back within 14 days from the date your order is received and must be in resalable condition. Lace Place of Metamora will exchange the item or refund your money minus a 20% restocking fee.
Unless the need to return an order is a result of our error, we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Items that have an odor, stain or other abnormal markings will not receive refunds or exchanges.
Please check your order carefullly upon receipt and contact customer service immediately if you have any questions or concerns.
